DPSI organized a two-day training session for staff on the 17th and 18th of October.
The training was hinged on two topics:

1. Change Management and
2. Team Work & Conflict Management.

The aim was to shift focus from fault-finding to a problem-solving approach.

Staff were taken througha  series of activities to illustrate how a pre-defined mindset prevents us from thinking outside the box.

There was also a presentation on conflict management and discussions on stages for change to occur.
